Refunds
Thirty days, and you keep the files.
If a term does not suit your family, write to us within thirty days of buying it and we will refund you in full.
We do not ask for a reason, we do not ask you to prove you tried it, and we do not ask for the files back, because asking somebody to delete a PDF and then trusting that they have is theatre. Write to salam@habeeya.com with the email address you bought it with, and the money goes back the same way it came, usually within a few working days.
Why the policy is this simple
Digital things make people hesitate, because you cannot post them back. The hesitation is reasonable and the answer to it is not smaller print. If the term is any good, very few people will ask, and if a great many people ask then the term is not good and we should be told.
Your statutory rights
Under United Kingdom consumer law you normally have fourteen days to cancel a purchase made at a distance. For digital content that is downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins and you have agreed that it should, which is what happens at the moment you buy. Our thirty day policy sits on top of that and is more generous than the law requires. Nothing here affects your rights in respect of content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If a file will not open
That is not a refund matter unless you want it to be. Write to us and we will send the files again by hand, in a different format if it helps. A book you cannot open is our problem rather than yours.
Who processes the payment
Purchases are handled by Payhip, which acts as our checkout and delivers the files, with card payments processed by Stripe. Your card details are never seen by us or stored on this website. A refund is issued through the same route and appears on the statement of the card you paid with.
